Trauma is a pervasive problem resulting from exposure to an event, or a series of emotionally disturbing or life-threatening events, that affects all ages. Trauma negatively impacts an individual’s mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. It is a contributing factor to anxiety, depression, substance-use disorder, and PTSD.

I work with multiple traumas including:

· Sexual

·      Physical

·      Emotional

Other types of traumas include:

·      War

·      Accidents

·      Natural disaster

·      Incarceration of a loved one

Simply put, trauma can be defined as an experience that has the potential to adversely affect an individual. Traumatic experiences can lead to unhealthy relationships, poor decision-making, and unhealthy coping skills. Regardless of how trauma has affected your life, my goal is to help you process it, allowing you to move past your trauma to lead a happy and rewarding life.

“You can’t go back and change the past, but you can look forward and write your own future.”

I have helped clients who are experiencing:

·     Divorce

·     Medical interventions

I have also worked with clients facing:
